Torah Binders

These items are necessary to keep the torah scroll from unfurling when not in use. We offer two kinds of torah binders (gartels). One type is an elasticized binder covered in shirred fabric. It has a strong Velcro closure. It can also be personalized on the “buckle” area. The other type is the more traditional “wrap” type of binder. It is a long, flat fabric binder that is wrapped around the scroll and tied. This style of binder is appropriate when a dedication needs to be added to the item.
